Doolys Portland played host to the second provincial ranking tournament on Saturday October 5th with 43 players looking to unseat event #1 winner Jeff Saulnier. 9-Ball was the game of the day and last entent's runner-up Billy MacPherson squeaked out a 7-6 win over Brian White in the A side final. On the B side, Saulnier was relegated to a very respectable 4th place finish by Chris Penney, before Penney came out on the short end of a hill-hill battle against White in the B side final. After enduring back-to-back hill-hill duels, White then looked more than a little battle worn, with Billy Mac running out an eventual 9-3 winner and taking over top spot in the provincial rankings.
