Martin Claims Top Spot In Northern Open Tour #5

Bill Martin cruised to a 4-1 victory over Chris Kemp in the Northern region Open snooker tour #5 on Saturday, dispatching Larry Watkinson 4-0 in the quarters and Dave Grant 4-0 in the semi's along the way. Kemp defeated Shawn Fequet 4-1 in the quarters and points leader Hugh MacEachern 4-2 in the semi's on his way to the finals. MacEachern had the tournament high run of 49.
